This is a digital version of the training course for new users working in Diversion Singles/Households without Minor Children. This is NOT a class for Diversion Families as their work is not done in HMIS. If you are a Diversion Families staff member, please note that this is not the right course for you.

For Diversion Singles workers, this course consists of a nearly two hour video and a quiz that you must pass at 100%. You make take the quiz up to three times before being locked out. If you do not manager to pass the quiz, you will have to take a live training with HMIS staff. Thank you.
